If you know what you want, figure up the cost of your order (add 6.5% sales tax IF you live in Florida), add $5.50 for shipping and handling.  Send your check, along with with a list of what you want to order, with a color and/or style for each selection, to:

All orders will be manufactured and shipped the day after your check arrives. A confirmation email will be sent to you if I have your email address.
